Understand the Framework

The Optimization Collective is built on a seven-domain framework. Five foundational domains (Movement, Breath, Recovery, Environment, Nutrition) and two emergent (Strength, Longevity). Each is interdependent. A deficit in one degrades the others. Alignment across all produces returns no single intervention can match.
